DESCRIPTION

This spacious property is situated in the popular location of Pla del Mar within easy reach of the all the amenities and beach in Moraira. There are two separate entrances to the property, the first leading to the main part of the villa and car port and the second to the apartment, which has a driveway and garage.
The main villa is a stone fronted property which has wooden gates leading onto the car port with steps down to the garden planted with fruit trees and palms. To the left is the outside kitchen which has a stainless steel sink and shelving and to the right is a glazed in naya, currently being used as an art studio, which has a beamed ceiling and persianas. From the bathroom the hallway continues around into the kitchen and dining area, which can also be accessed from the front hallway. The kitchen has fully fitted units with an integrated electric oven, hob and stainless steel extractor hood. There is space for a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
To the side of the apartment there is an external door leading into the laundry room with washing machine and dryer and further storage space.
