DESCRIPTION

This spacious property is situated in the popular location of Pla del Mar within easy reach of the all the amenities and beach in Moraira. There are two separate entrances to the property, the first leading to the main part of the villa and car port and the second to the apartment, which has a driveway and garage.
The main villa is a stone fronted property which has wooden gates leading onto the car port with steps down to the garden planted with fruit trees and palms. To the left is the outside kitchen which has a stainless steel sink and shelving and to the right is a glazed in naya, currently being used as an art studio, which has a beamed ceiling and persianas. The kidney shaped 8 x 3 m pool is on this level, with terracing and an outside shower. Up the balustraded steps is the Castilian style main door which leads into the hallway which has fitted cupboards. The hallway opens into a sitting area which has a fireplace and an ornate staircase leading to the first floor. Through the patterned glazed doors is the light and spacious lounge / dining area that has French doors onto the covered terrace by the side of the pool. As there are windows to both sides of the lounge it looks over both swimming pools. The room curves round to the dining area and onto the kitchen. The kitchen is fully tiled with an integrated electric oven, gas hob, extractor fan, sink unit and space for a dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
From the hallway to the right are two double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes. Between them and through a stone arch is the fully tiled family bathroom which has a w.c., urinal, a long fitted unit with storage and two basins and a step up to a fabulous corner whirlpool bath and a walk-in shower.
Up the curved staircase from the sitting area are the remainder of the bedrooms. Double bedroom three has fitted wardrobes, an air conditioning unit and access to a terrace which is shared with bedroom four. The fourth bedroom which also has an air conditioning unit has a door leading into a large dressing room which has beams to the ceiling and a ceiling fan.
From the front of the property down a side pathway hedged with trees and a raised flower bed is the separate two bedroom apartment. The apartment has its own gated entrance on the lower road with a driveway and garage. The private pool has ample paved terrace with a balustrade, a bbq and outside shower. The French doors open into a circular hallway and through an archway on the right is the lounge which has an air conditioning unit and more French doors to the terrace. The hallway continues round to the double bedroom which has fitted wardrobes and a stone archway into the en-suite. The en-suite has a walk-in shower, fitted shelves, w.c., and a pedestal basin with a mirror above. Opposite this room and up one step is the final circular bedroom which has two doors. The further door leads into the fully tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower, w.c., pedestal basin and a mirror above with fitted lights. From the bathroom the hallway continues around into the kitchen and dining area, which can also be accessed from the front hallway. The kitchen has fully fitted units with an integrated electric oven, hob and stainless steel extractor hood. There is space for a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
To the side of the apartment there is an external door leading into the laundry room with washing machine and dryer and further storage space.
