DESCRIPTION

Situated in Benimeit, Moraira and benefitting from sea views is this unique three bedroom villa. Being traditional throughout it is in need of some refurbishment but has a wonderful layout with well-proportioned rooms and would make an ideal family home.

The well-proportioned lounge is down three steps and has a concave ceiling with beams and a ceiling fan. The beautiful stone built fireplace with electric fire with stone shelves and alcoves is the focal point. Two arched French doors and windows open onto a South facing covered balcony terrace which has beams and lovely sea views. The terrace runs the full length of the property.
From the entrance hall to the right the arch leads to an inner hallway. On the right is a cloakroom which is in keeping with the traditional style, being tiled and having a w.c., and pedestal basin. Along the hallway is a storage cupboard and the left is the master bedroom. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and fitted wardrobes with access onto the balcony terrace through French doors. The en-suite bathroom with its striking green tiles is spacious and has a bath with handheld shower, bidet, w.c., pedestal basin and two mirrors with fitted lights. Continuing along the hallway are the other double bedrooms, one with fitted wardrobes. The outside of the property is easily maintained with planted borders. The wonderful poolside terrace is balustraded and has sea views. To the corner on the right is a covered bar area/summer kitchen which has radial beams and a stone built bar with wooden counter top. There is a sink and space for a fridge. To the left corner of the terrace is the stone built bbq with shelving and a counter top, making it the ideal entertainment area.
Although the property is in need of some modernisation it has lots of character with spacious rooms.
