DESCRIPTION

This traditional villa is situated in Pinar de L´Advocat in Moraira and benefits from having all of its accommodation on one level.

A driveway leads up to the car port which has a door to the underbuild which could be developed into further accommodation. Through an archway of bougainvillea is the rear garden planted with mature palms, cacti and the pathway leads to the kidney shaped pool. A few steps leads up to the south facing, arched covered naya which has a balustrade and beams. The door leads directly into the spacious lounge which has an air conditioning unit and ceiling fan. Both the guest w.c., and family bathroom are fully tiled. With the bathroom having a pedestal basin with a mirrored cabinet above, a bidet and a bath with a hand shower. The third double bedroom again has fitted wardrobes, a ceiling fan and an air conditioning unit.

Although in need of some refurbishment, this is a lovely traditional villa in a great location.
