DESCRIPTION

On an elevated plot in Montemar, Benissa Costa is this traditional four bedroom villa divided into two apartments. The villa has wonderful views across the coastline to the Peñon de Ifach.

From the car port steps lead down to the entrance porch and through a Castilian style door into the spacious lounge/dining area. The lounge has beams and a stone built fireplace with wood burning stove and an air conditioning unit. A large arch separates the lounge from the dining area. Through an archway is the galley kitchen which is fully tiled and has fitted units with space for a washing machine, fridge/freezer and a cooker. The inner hallway leads to the two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a fully tiled family bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with a shower above, w.c., and a vanity unit and a basin and a mirror above and fitted lights.

There is another flight of steps leading down to the pool area which has a poolside guest w.c., and pedestal basin. On the right is a covered bbq with a tiled worktop and space for a fridge. There is also a delightful decked seating area at the side of the pool which is also on this level.
