DESCRIPTION

Situated on an elevated plot in Montemar, Benissa Costa is this delightful villa.

Steps lead up to the property and to its lower level accommodation and pool area from gated entrance. Access to the main accommodation is from the curved iron staircase which leads to the door to the enclosed naya, which has a beamed ceiling and large arched windows and is currently used as the lounge.
