DESCRIPTION

Electric sliding gates from street level open onto a particularly large paved driveway by the private swimming pool and lead up to a shaded car port, there is also a separate pedestrian gate opens on the opposite side of the pool.
Steps by the side of the car carport lead up to the villa and the main accommodation. Glazed sliding doors by the side of the car port lead into the independent lower apartment.
Entrance to the front of the property is via an open naya with a beamed ceiling that is ideal for casual relaxation or al fresco dining.
