The
choice and quality of the cuisine in Teulada-Moraira will be one
of the most enjoyable memories of your holiday. From paella orblack
rice coloured from the ink of the squid, to Arroz de¡ Señoret
(local paella made with filleted fish and shellfish) or Arroz
Abanda (rice in a fish sauce), these dishes are just a smali example
of the wide range of tradicional fare of the Marina Alta.
The Teulada Moraira diet is equally balanced between produce
from the sea, the surrounding hilis and the f ields. Apart from
