 The
Moraira Club Náutico has at present some 700 Members. In accordance
with the Statutes, the Members democratically elect their President,
the highest representative of the Club, and the Management Committee.
The latter is the Administrative body which, in accordance with its
social role, establishes the standards which the Club itself should
follow, both in respect of the activities and services it offers as
well as its investments Since 1985, when works to the Yacht Club were
finally completed, the Moraira Club Náutico has become one of the
nautical touristic attractions of the Valencian Community with regard
to quality-price. The objective which has predominantly directed the
activities of the Moraira Club Náutico has been that of achieving,
on a daily basis, for the all the visitors to the Harbour a more comfortable
stay and the best services available for ther craft. To this end we
have a personnel of 20, true experts in harbour management and nautical
services, who are at your Complete disposition in whatever area of
the harbour. In Spain, the Moraira Club Náutico was one of the first
in achieving the Blue Flag distinction for the cleanest shorelines
in Europe, an accolade that is granted by the European Foundation
for Environmental Education to those Yacht Clubs that are outstanding
in their respect for the environment which surrounds them, and that
comply with the highest standards on quality regarding the harbour
services offered. In brief the Moraira Club Náutico is a sporting
entity which shines with its own light on the mediterranean coast.
