Fresh Tagliatelle con Verdura

The fresh vegetables are washed and sliced. According to the taste of the customer, the following may be added: garlic, onion and/or red pepper.
It is important that all the ingredients are cooked together in extra virgen olive oil, to enhance the full flavour of the dish.



The fresh vegetables are placed in a pan.


The tagliatelle is cooked and the vegetables are gently steamed.


The "al dente" tagliatelle is then added to the pan with the vegetables, mixed and briefly re-cooked.


The Tagliatelle con Verdura is then ready and should be served immediately.
