The basis
for all filled pastas from Pastahouse is our homemade, fresh
pasta sheets.

These are partially cooked in boiling salt walter and then
subsequently processed.

Lasagne: Several pasta sheets are laid on top of each other,
with a combination of bechamel and ragu sauces between each
sheet.

Freshly
grated Parmesan cheese is then liberally sprinkled over the
dish.
After 15 minutes in the oven, the lasagne is ready for the
table - we do not use a microwave oven!
The
lasagne should have a crispy, Parmsean
coated top, with the under layers fully cooked in the sauce.
Pastahouse
prepares fresh lasagne daily.
Lasagne
dishes prepared any other way are a poor imitation in comparison.
The
prepared dish can be eaten immediately or warmed up in the
oven.
