The
Place for Pasta
We
donīt just talk about it, we make it happen! The Pastahouse offers
the following selection of fresh pastas, all of which are homemade
on the premises: Tagliolini, tagliatelle and the pasta sheets for
cannelloni, ravioli and lasagne.
Quality
has no Price
It
is simple just to write or say "homemade pasta", but to substantiate
this is another matter.
Pastahouse
makes all its own pasta, and the quality and taste is quite superior.
If you have ever had doubts that the "homemade, fresh pasta" served
up to you is the real thing it probably isn't, as the difference
is immediately apparent. This is true for all pastas, including
lasagne and canelloni.
Ask
Pastahouse - we do not hide anything relating to our product choice
and quality.
This

The pasta
is made from two different types of flour specially imported
from Italy.

The two flours are carefully mixed

An egg yolk and extra virgen olive oil are the other main
ingredients of pasta.

These are mixed with the flour in a special kneading machine.

The kneading process takes about 30 minutes.

The pasta then forms a dough-like mass ready for the next
process.
