DESCRIPTION

This very popular boutique is situated in the centre of Moraira and has a regular client base having been open since 2014.
The glass front window display opens to both ground and first floor and leads into a spacious store that is fully equipped. The reception area is to the right with a wooden and glass display counter with computer, printer and credit card appliances for customer services. Next to which is a small storage under stairs cupboard. A central glass display cabinet stands next to the counter and both side walls are flanked with clothes stands and ultra modern steel and glass shelving. There is a wooden mobile clothes display stand and Betty Boop model at the back to the left. These lead on to a window display which looks out on to the Plaza behind the building.
Several mannequins stand throughout the store and modern led lighting is predominant along with spot lights. The interior design project carried out on the store is evident.
There are two additional rooms. One is a fitting room, to the right with fitted wardrobes and a large mirror. This leads to a spacious cloakroom with toilet, free standing black granite stone sink unit and upper mirror.
A modern glass staircase leads up to the first floor. Here is a bright open area thanks to the floor to ceiling window displays at each end of the building. Built in shelving units flank part of the left hand side wall and there is a small fitted storage cupboard to your right at the end of the room.
The store has air-conditioning, is connected to an alarm system with three cctv cameras, sound system with speakers throughout and connected to the store computer.
